Must be willing to show up at our facility 2-3x a week. We understand that you have a busy schedule, but consistent work will yield consistent results.
Must be willing to work hard when you're here in the gym. You will be in a supportive environment with others who will be working just as hard.
Must be willing to contribute to our positive and encouraging environment. We want this process to be fun and beneficial for everyone.
Must be willing to attend classes for the entire challenge. Showing up for only part of the challenge won't get you the results you're looking for.
Must have a goal you're working to achieve. All transformations are welcomed, no matter how big or small.
Must be willing to willing to follow our training plan. We've done our best to make this a fun and positive experience.
